He found me

Lost, in a desert, cold and hungry; Hoping someone would come to save me.

I was near giving up, no relief in sight; Until I looked up, and He made it right.

He gave me the Light, showed me The Way; He gave me Life, and now I am not astray.

He found me and made me His own, I put my trust in Him and Him alone.

Since I gave Him my life, my love, and my trust; I have to need, no want and no lust

Found, in His love, safe and warm; I found my shelter in my storm.

In your hands, Father

Oh Lord, God above,
Fill us with your love.
We stand firm for you,
And seek for what is true.

We are thine, and in thy hands.
We trust in you, for the ground is sinking sands.
You are shield and guide
Within your shadow we hide.

We hope in your wisdom,
And see all you have done;
You are our comfort and peace;
We pray our fears will cease.

Now my father, this is my prayer,
Fill me with mercy and care;
Let you only shine through me,
So all may see;
You are always there.

Jesus, the Rock.

There is no other Rock than Jesus,
He alone can save us.
Tried and sure,
Permanent and pure;
And above all, precious.

Only Jesus can pardon,
To Him you can call on;
Abounding in love,
Only from above,
Through him I have redemption.

The Rock of peace,
His promises will never cease.
Though rejected and abused,
Hurt and refused,
From sin I have release!

God’s word will endure,
His Salvation is secure.
Jesus, our Rock, shall stand,
All other ground is sinking sand.
Accept him to be your Saviour.
